Theoretical–practical seminars on education and health care in all areas of life, considering the human being in their physical, vital, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
Clear and accessible explanations from the field of Anthroposophic Nursing about the most common health processes and conditions, and how to address them at home through basic care.
Through these workshops you will gain knowledge and practical tools to become more aware of your own self-care and of what you can offer to those who need you, combining theory with hands-on practice of external applications such as wraps, compresses, and baths.

Expert Degree in Anthroposophic Nursing, recognized by IFAN (International Forum of Anthroposophic Nursing).
Specialist in care for terminal patients, people with addictions, palliative care, and elderly care.
Lecturer in several training programs: IFMA (2016–2019) and Centro Abierto de Anthroposophy in Madrid (2020–2021).
Coordinator of the Basic Anthroposophic Nursing Course (January–June 2024).
She teaches courses and workshops on health education.
